Mr. Parker resides in Indianapolis Indiana and personally selects and hires all members of the NCPI team. This hand selected team consists of security officers, field agents, and investigators. Licensed Bonded & Insured

NCPI is a locally owned and operated Security Agency licensed by the State of Indiana Professional Licensing Agency. Being based locally we are able to provide our clients with a level of service above and beyond that offered by faceless national agencies.

While NCPI is currently bonded for the amount of $7,000 per incident, we also carry a $1,000,000 general liability policy that covers our entire agency and our employees.
Coupled with our “Zero Liability” to the client contract, we have virtually eliminated any liability to you that may arise as the result of the actions of our Officers..

“Zero Liability” Policy

We offer a “Zero Liability” Policy to all of our clients. This means that NCPI will absorb liability for actions not authorized by the client. and taken by our officers in the performance of our contract.

Armed/Unarmed & Uniformed Officers

Our Armed Guard division is perhaps the flagship of services NCPI has to offer. Our highly trained officers are a visible security force that offers an immediate deterrent to any threat that may arise against your business or property. Our officers are trained extensively in the use of handguns, batons, pepper spray, handcuffs, and less than lethal defensive tactics.

Clients who desire a visible un-armed security presence may be interested in our Uniformed Security Division. Our Uniformed Security Officers receive the same level of training as our Armed Officers, yet offer a visible security presence in cases where having an armed guard would not be appropriate.

NCPI Officers are furnished with full uniforms at no cost to you. This includes uniform shirt, pants, duty belt, jacket, and any other equipment necessary to accomplish our goal of protecting the entirety of your assets without creating a liability for you.

Special pricing arrangements are also available should you wish us to supply uniforms which have your company’s logo as well as ours on them.

Training

All NCPI officers have passed an extensive background check, and undergone rigorous training before being allowed to work in the field. This training includes but is not limited to the following:

Handgun: NCPI Officers must qualify with their handgun a minimum of three times a year. This exceeds the standards set forth by the ILEA (Indiana Law Enforcement Academy) Furthermore; our officers are required to carry a minimum of a Level III retention holster. A level III retention holster makes it nearly impossible for a person who is not familiar with the weapon and/or holster to grab the Officer’s gun

Baton: NCPI Officers are trained in the use of a non-lethal baton to meet ILEA standards

Pepper Spray: NCPI Officers are trained in the use of a non-lethal pepper spray that meets ILEA standards.

Handcuffs: NCPI Officers are trained in proper handcuff techniques to ILEA standards.

In many cases this training exceeds those of our competitors however one of the many things which set our service apart from others is that NCPI Officers are also trained in methods designed specifically to reduce the liability to our clients.

An example of one of these methods is “Verbal Judo” which is a way of communication specifically aimed at gently persuading a subject and redirecting undesirable behavior with words that generate voluntary compliance.
